• The pre-Islamic text that intertwined with
• Al-Mutanabi text that intertwined with it
• The romantic text that intertwined with it
• The new poem text that intertwined with it
The study has reached to the following results:
Intertextuality is an important mechanism capable of delving into the depths of the text
and penetrating its joints
Reading its apparent structure and moving through it to its deep structure by describing
intertextuality as a semiotic trend. Al-Hamdani's poetry is rich, unlimited richness of
intertextuality from the pre-Islamic era to the modern era, and it did not leave an era of
poetry except intertwined with it. Al-Hamdani's poetry seems simple, but it is filled with
symbolism, which puts you in front of large spaces for interpretation. His poetry tends to
complain, regret, and feel of alienated.
The poet Al-Hamdani's interest in Al-Mutanabi made him fall into intertwining with him
more than others
