Abstract


This study aim to investigate the impact of learning styles through Kolb
model and it relation with the skills of solving problems in developing
talented leaders, The researcher has used the descriptive approach to
conduct the study she took a sample of 100 male/female gifted students`
teachers in an elementary school in Khartoum state, 80 teachers
have answered the scales during the academic year 2014- 2015. The
researcher has used Kolb scale translated by Kamal and Hashim )2005(
scale has also been modifies by the researcher using statistical analysis
)SPSS( to measure the correlation. After conducting the data processing
to find validity and reliability, the researcher used Spearman and Alfa
factor correlation between variables. T- Test and percentage. The result
show that there is significant coefficient correlation between learning
style and problem solving skills, also their differences )0.01( in teacher
response according to their education specialties and special training.
There is no significant difference between genders. The study comes
out with number of recommendations.
