Deducing Islamic Concept for Building an Excellence and Quality Model - The Good Deed

Abstract

According to the Holy Quran and the Sunna approaches , in this study , anoperating model of Islamic excellence has been established based on the integrity of an Islamic individual, whom is always trying to do his best as required by the Holy Quran and sunnah requirements . The Islamic individual daily practice of worshiping Allah shall lead him/her to achieve the goodness of work for himself and the entire society, and always struggling to improve all his activities and deeds. The verification of the application of the good deed of work of Islamic excellence model requirements, starts by the human self-accountability, therefore self-accountable model was designed to verify the actions depending on the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
This research also focuses on the definitions and basic concepts and requirements for quality systems and excellence prevailing in the world nowadays as well as the directives of the Islamic approach of the reality of concepts from verses of the Holy Quran and tradition of the prophet (P.B.U.H) Sunnah. The link between the concept of worship and piety and work elements of the quality such as leadership, Q. control, Q improvement and the charity which are brought by the Holy Quran and Sunnah to achieve the good work were discussed.
