Abstract

This study aimed to come up with a comprehensive view of the problem of Islamic discourse and the most important
epistemological and ontological obstacles it faces. The study took the critical and analytical approach as a main approach to
reading the phenomenon. And then I concluded the most important results : Islamic discourse is not absolutely Islam, but
it is one of the interpretations of Islam produced according to its history; And that the Islamic discourse, to be effective and
contemporary, must pay attention to the conditions of its production that are inspired by the spirit of the societies in
which it is produced
