The investigation will deal with the core to carry out vital natural processes need to breathe inside the ecological space (Ecological niche) in the campus and the factors that influence breathing and combustion process, given that there are specific and natural gas ratio of oxygen (O2) and carbon dioxide (Co2) in the inhaled air affecting decrease and increase in the gas exchange. The research deals with the assessment and discussion and analysis of the current status of the harm campus in terms of space the content of the gases and expansions that took place in different decades, focusing on the period (1406-1437h) (1985-2016),the analysis of data has revealed that is lack in the flow and renewal of the natural air, and a decrease in the oxygen ratio to below 13% and the increase in carbon dioxide to more of 6%, which led to an actual disruption in the gas exchange, resulting in the disturbance of the process of respiration and blood circulation leading to dizziness and injuries of the pathological respiratory center of the Hajjes. The results and recommendationsof the research pointed to the need forsupportingoxygen gas and decreasingcarbon dioxide, in addition to the need to arrange fornatural outlets forair flowto particularlyduring the Hajj.
