Abstract

Thisstudy is an attempt to examine the Decentralization management and its impact on social development (health services)in Edueim Locality(1998 –2017). This study aims to determine the contribution of the Decentralization administrative unit in the promotion of health services in the Edueim district, The study adopted multi geographical approaches. The study found out that administrative unitscontribute to the promotion of health services considerably. Nevertheless, there is a noticeable decline in the level of health services resulting from weak follow-up, through its various department, Accordingly, the study recommended that there is a need to issue laws and adopt new administrative procedures by the local government to improveeffectiveness andintegration ofsocial development،also there is a need to provide sufficient financial resources for the operation and drainage of the health services, Health centers should be given a priority in services such as water supply and electricity in particular.In addition,primary health services in health centers need to be activatedand providedwith qualified cadresand improving the level of waste dumps and sanitation, Finally, health services in the locality require encouraging the past experience of model centers, activating good partnerships with civil society organizations.
