Abstract

The heritage re-reading and exploring its depths is a necessity required by communication; to revive the ancient heritage. It is the recipient role to complete the missing circles by sensing the elements of creativity and interrogating the heritage and questioning it to enrich it by adding many modern critical approaches. Therefore, this research entitled (The speech synthesis, the Originality of the Concept and the Modernity of the Approach - A Reading in the Light of Modern Criticism ). It aims to read the rhetorical and critical heritage in the light of modern criticism, and to establish an Arab rhetorical critical approach that has a firm root and a branch in the modern criticism, anticipating the horizons of modern approaches and extending its roots to the Arab rhetorical heritage, for fear that our students will stray into the paths of modern theories and become superficial plants without roots, especially since there are many terms that have been frequently repeated in critical studies without awareness; which leads to the loss of the rhetorical heritage. It does not contradict the cross-cultures based on originality and renewal. The researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach, and some modern criticism approaches; to reach important results represented in the fact that stylistics is a modern literary phenomenon with solid roots in the Arab rhetorical heritage, and that many rhetoricians preceded western modernists in establishing these concepts, especially Abdul Qaher Al-Jurjani in his books (Dala'il Al-I'jaz) and (Asrar Al-Balaghah).
