Abstract

The research dealt with the issue of the significance of what the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be  upon him, left behind and whose actions remained permissible after his death, especially if the conditions were met. The importance of the topic appears in the fact that there are actions whose legality is undoubtedly ruled as heretical, since the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, did not do them, so it is necessary  to differentiate between them and Heresy. The research was divided into five sections in which it dealt with the definition of the actual leave Sunnah, its validity, its relationship to heresy, the types of leave Sunnah, and its significance. The research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are the following: -Creating a new section of the Prophet’s Sunnah, which we call the actual leave Sunnah, especially if we know  that the terminology is not arbitrary. -There is a huge difference between heresy, which is forbidden to do, and the leave Sunnah, which is permissible to do even if the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not do it. -The chapter on transactions needs this leave Sunnah, given that the original is the epitome. -The meaning of this Sunnah is included in the meaning of verbs, and it varies according to the context..
