Abstract

The study discussed the services provided to the users of the public library at Al-Faisal Cultural Center from their point of view. its social responsibility: Among these institutions is the Faisal Islamic Bank in Sudan. The following questions branched out from the problem of the study: Is what Faisal Bank has done towards establishing public libraries a model that other private institutions can follow? The study aimed to identify the extent of beneficiaries' satisfaction with the services provided by the Al-Faisal Cultural Center Li

brary. Monitoring the contribution of the private sector by focusing on the contribution of Faisal Islamic Bank in establishing public libraries to serve the Sudanese community and the extent to which they meet the needs of the diverse community of beneficiaries of public libraries. The study used the survey method، both descriptive and analytical، and a case study method. While the study relied on data and information collection tools on the following: primary sources، which were the questionnaire، interview، and secondary sources، including paper and non-paper sources.
