This study aims to trace the folk paintings of Sudanese life depicted poetically by Mohammed Al-Mahdi Al Majdhoub in his two collections "Nar Al-Majazib" and "Al-Sharafa wal-Hijra". The study focuses specifically on Al-Majdhoub’s Sudanese folk imagery due to its richness, aesthetic depth, and density. For the purpose of this research, I selected his poems that are most abundant in folk representations and analyzed them using an inductive approach, which was then applied through a descriptive-analytical method. The study highlights theaesthetic features of his folk imagery and explores his poetic inclinations. It also clarifies some of his colloquial expressions, which are among his most distinctive characteristics. His integration of Sudanese vernacular vocabulary and his recurrent depiction of Sudanese folk scenes are strong indicators of his adherence to the Sudanism school, while the vibrant liveliness of his poetic imagery stands as a testament to its artistic beauty
