This study dealt with the impact of Imam Jassa’s book [Ahkam ul-Qura’an] on the Islamic Jurisprudence in general, and one the
Hanafi jurisprudence in particular. The reseacher follows the historical and deductive methods in his study. The study dealt with
the writer’s life in brief and his book.
