تأثير التخطيط الزمني والتدفق النقدي والعنصر البشري على تاخير تنفيذ مشروعات التشييد بولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

This study was carried out in Khartoum State-Sudan during 2012-2014. The data was collected by questionnaires from the engineers working in the contracting companies. The collected data was analyzed by the statistical descriptive analysis using SPSS20 program. The main suggestions of this study for the delay in executing the engineering projects was due to (1) weakness
of the contracting companies in using the engineering planning and the time schedule of the different activities, (2) low budget and irregular cash flow through the life time of the projects and (3) use of unqualifed workmanship for the different activities. The results of this study showed the reality of these suggestions for the delay in executing the projects.
