Abstract

The study seeks to analyze the dynamics of Sudanese asylum in Uganda after the April 15, 2023  war in Kiryandongo settlement, The study was based on theories of human security and conflict,  attraction, expulsion. The analysis revealed that there was a large gap that highlighted the  fragility of an economic fragility of 66% and a relief dependence of 88%, The study went on to say  that the flexibility of the law and the moves alone will not achieve adaptation unless it is supported by sustainable development projects
